Punjab Reshuffle: Anirudh Tewari Is New Chief Secretary, Replaces Vini Mahajan

After the change of guard in Punjab, it was certain that top bureaucrats of the state would be replaced. Speculation is also rife about replacing director general of police Dinkar Gupta, outgoing chief secretary Vini Mahajan's husband.
